Deze privacyverklaring geeft informatie over de data die wij van u verzamelen wanneer u onze website gebruikt. Bij het verzamelen van deze informatie treden wij op als een gegevensbeheerder en wij zijn wettelijk verplicht om u informatie over ons te verstrekken, over waarom en hoe we uw gegevens gebruiken en over de rechten die u hebt over uw gegevens.

We zijn niet verplicht om een functionaris gegevensbescherming te hebben, dus vragen over ons gebruik van uw persoonlijke gegevens moeten worden gericht aan de bovenstaande contactgegevens.

Wanneer u onze website gebruikt
Wanneer u onze website gebruikt om onze diensten te bekijken wordt door onszelf en door derden een aantal cookies gebruikt die nodig zijn om de website goed te laten functioneren, om nuttige informatie over onze bezoekers te verzamelen en om de gebruikerservaring te helpen verbeteren. Als u op onze website een contactformulier indient
Als u een contactformulier invult op onze website, vragen we om uw naam, telefoonnummer en e-mailadres.

We gebruiken deze informatie om uw vraag te beantwoorden en eventueel de door u gevraagde informatie over onze producten en diensten op te sturen. Mogelijk zullen we u ook een aantal keer een opvolg e-mail sturen om navraag te doen en om ons ervan te verzekeren dat we uw vraag naar tevredenheid hebben beantwoord. Dit doen we op basis van ons rechtmatige belang om juiste informatie te leveren voorafgaand aan een verkoop.

Uw vraag wordt opgeslagen en in een e-mail die door Microsoft wordt gehost binnen de Europese Economische Ruimte (EER). Het wordt ook in een CRM-systeem opgeslagen in Nederland.

We gebruiken de informatie die u verschaft niet voor geautomatiseerde besluiten die enig effect kunnen hebben op u.

We bewaren aanvraag e-mails gedurende twee jaar. Daarna worden deze op een veilige locatie gearchiveerd en zeven jaar bewaard. Hierna worden zij verwijderd. CRM gegevens worden drie jaar bewaard na ons laatste contact.

Als u zich opgeeft voor onze nieuwsbrief
Als u zich opgeeft voor onze nieuwsbrief, vragen we u om uw naam en e-mailadres.

We vragen uw toestemming om uw naam en e-mailadres te gebruiken om u onze nieuwsbrief te sturen die informatie bevat over onze producten en diensten en andere informatie die interessant kan zijn voor u.

U kunt uw toestemming op elk moment intrekken, waarna wij uw geen nieuwsbrief meer zullen toesturen.

Uw naam en e-mailadres wordt gedeeld met een extern mailsysteem dat gebaseerd is in de Verenigde Staten. Het bedrijf heeft zich verplicht tot naleving van de AVG, wat betekent dat uw gegevens worden beschermd volgens de wet- en regelgeving van de Europese Unie.

We gebruiken de informatie die u verschaft niet voor geautomatiseerde besluiten die enig effect kunnen hebben op u.

We zullen uw persoonlijke gegevens bewaren zo lang als wij onze nieuwsbrief opstellen en verspreiden. Als u uw toestemming intrekt, zullen we uw gegevens niet langer gebruiken en na twee jaar vernietigen.

Uw rechten als betrokkene
Volgens de wet mag u ons vragen welke informatie wij van u bewaren en u kunt ons vragen deze te wijzigen als deze incorrect is. Als we uw toestemming gevraagd hebben om uw persoonlijke gegevens te verwerken, kunt u dit op elk moment intrekken.

Als we uw persoonlijke gegevens verwerken, hetzij na het ontvangen van toestemming daarvoor, hetzij om een contract te vervullen, mag u ons vragen de gegevens over te zetten op een gangbaar formaat zodat u het naar een andere provider kunt sturen.

Ten slotte kunt u ons onder bepaalde omstandigheden vragen om geen besluiten te nemen die van invloed kunnen zijn op u door middel van geautomatiseerde processen of profilering.

Uw recht om een klacht in te dienen

Wij zullen dit beleid regelmatig bekijken en, indien nodig, updaten, als onze diensten en het gebruik van persoonlijke gegevens wijzigt. When you use our website to browse our products and services and view the information we make available, a number of cookies are used by us and by third parties to allow the website to function, to collect useful information about visitors and to help to make your user experience better.

When you submit an enquiry via our website, we ask you for your name, contact telephone number and email address.

We use this information to respond to your query, including providing you with any requested information about our products and services. We may also email you several times after your enquiry in order to follow up on your interest and ensure that we have answered your it to your satisfaction. We will do this based on our legitimate interest in providing accurate information prior to a sale.

Your enquiry is stored and processed as an email which is hosted by Microsoft within the European Economic Area (EEA). It is also logged on a CRM system on a cloud server based in Canada, a country which the EU says has adequate data protection laws in place to protect your data.

We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

We keep enquiry emails for two years, after which they are securely archived and kept for seven years, when we delete them. CRM records are kept for three years after the last contact with you.

When you sign up to receive our newsletter
When you sign up to receive our newsletter, we ask for your name and your email address.

We will ask for your consent to use your name and email address to email you our newsletter which contains information about our products and other information which we feel might be of interest to you.

You can withdraw your consent at any time and we will stop sending you the newsletter.

Your name and email address are shared with a third party mailing system which is based in Australia. This company has contractually committed to providing appropriate safeguards for your personal data which means it will be protected in line with the legal requirements of the European Union.

We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

We keep your personal data for as long as we produce and distribute our newsletter. If you withdraw your consent, we will mark your details so that they are not used and delete them after two years.

Your rights as a data subject

Marketing
Met uw toestemming plaatsen wij een cookie op uw apparatuur, welke kan worden opgevraagd zodra u een website uit ons netwerk bezoekt. Hierdoor kunnen wij te weten komen dat u naast onze website ook op de betreffende andere website(s) uit ons netwerk bent geweest.
